Spring Wedding at Dorfold Hall
It was a privilege to chosen as Latoya & Danny’s Dorfold Hall Wedding Photographer. Dorfold Hall is one of the top Cheshire Wedding venues so we were excited to take part in the couple’s big day. The Grade I listed stately home is an impressive sight as you approach down the tree lined drive and this spring day didn’t disappoint. The venue has historic elements in abundance, acres of beautiful grounds and slick modern additions ensuring for an aesthetic experience for all tastes.
St Paul’s Nantwich Ceremony
Latoya had her bridal preparations at the gatehouse on the Dorfold estate. The space provided lots of natural light for those important getting ready photographs and a great place for the bridal party to enjoy the pre-ceremony celebrations. Iambridal.makeup and Cheshire Wedding Hair made sure everyone looked stunning. Danny got ready at home with his groomsmen and arrived at the imposing St Paul’s church in the centre of Nantwich to greet the guests. Latoya looked fabulous arriving in a tasteful white Jaguar down the cobbled street outside the church. The church has a really spacious and light interior and the sunlight cascading onto the aisle made for a spectacular sight for Danny when he turned to view Latoya for the first time on the day.
Dorfold celebrations
After the ceremony everyone returned to Dorfold for drinks and nibbles before sitting down for the wedding breakfast in the beautiful L’Ecurie space. Despite being February, the sun had an element of warmth which ensured their weren’t too many chattering teeth during the group photographs and the couple could enjoy the grounds during the couples photographs. There are so many epic locations at Dorfold Hall for a wedding photographer and the couple took to it like ducks to water! The evening was rounded off with great music put on by Maximum Music UK and was still going strong when we left.
